Stellenbosch, 20 August 2026 — The 2026 Rosé Wine and Spirit Challenge once again brought the world of pink drinks into focus, celebrating the remarkable diversity, elegance and quality of rosé wines, Blanc de Noir wines, sparkling rosés, Cap Classique and pink spirits.

Held at the iconic Lanzerac Hotel in Stellenbosch, the competition provides a unique platform dedicated exclusively to pink drinks. From fresh and vibrant still rosés to sophisticated Méthode Cap Classique and innovative pink spirits, the challenge recognises producers who continue to push the boundaries of this increasingly dynamic category.

Rosé has evolved far beyond its traditional image. Today, it encompasses a remarkable spectrum of styles, from delicate, refreshing wines designed for effortless enjoyment to complex, structured expressions that can stand alongside the finest wines.
